We designed the redevelopment of the workspaces at ab medica, a world leader in the distribution and manufacture of medical devices, anwsering to new post-pandemic requirements and workplace environment needs.
The project, carried out in stages so as not to interrupt internal activities, stems from an analysis of the working behaviors of the various business units, translated into space planning that optimizes flows, meeting rooms, informal spaces, bookable workstations, phone booths, and creative areas. The harmonious and flexible layout defines functional but interconnected spaces, with comfort, technology, lighting, and optimal acoustics. Materials and finishes evoke nature, with organic shades, sound-absorbing fabrics, vinyl flooring, and carpeting, creating a high-performance and welcoming workplace environment, rich in identity and character.
