Description

At 202 meters high and with 50 floors, the Millennium Tower shapes the skyline of Vienna. In just 20 months of construction, a multifunctional complex featuring offices, residential spaces, shopping, and entertainment was created.

We took over the overall coordination, the design review, and the execution planning including Building Services engineering. We were also responsible for the site monitoring with schedule control and cost tracking, as well as for the technical construction management of the tower, the two-story shopping center, the six-story residential building complex built in a comb-like shape, and the four-story underground garage.

Millennium City Center
The Millennium City Center is Austria's largest entertainment center with a large cinema for 800 people, restaurants, shopping, fitness, family entertainment, nightclub, and underground parking. The two-story shopping center in the basement of the Millennium Tower is accessed via a 14 m-high glassed-in plaza on the upper floor and a connected mall on both levels.
