Description

The project brings the company’s diverse departments together in a contemporary, functional building designed to foster a positive and welcoming work environment. Shaped in a U-configuration, the building sits within a park-like landscape of wildflower meadows, varied trees, and a rainwater-collecting pond. Visitors enter through a courtyard framed by tall oak trees and a green lawn, setting a natural and inviting tone.

The metallic facades feature anodized corrugated panels that lend a refined industrial character, creating a dynamic play of light and shadow. Expansive window panels maximize daylight, while automated blinds control solar heat gain for comfort and efficiency.

Inside, materials were chosen to strike a balance of warmth and sophistication. Solid oak flooring, textured carpets, glazed partitions, timber panels, white acoustic ceilings, and expanded metal mesh come together to form elegant, harmonious spaces.

The office layout is open and flexible, with strategically placed phone booths and meeting rooms defining departmental zones. Generous ceiling heights enhance the sense of space—most notably the 3.3 m ground floor, which offers a remarkable openness. Glazed partitions ensure light and transparency, while acoustic treatments throughout provide a calm and comfortable atmosphere.
