Description

The Orion headquarters, built in 1984 in Espoo, Finland, underwent a complete renovation in 2023 with Gullsten-Inkinen Design & Architecture as the head designer overseeing the process. The goal was to update the spaces to meet modern standards.

The renovation improved user experience by modernizing technical building solutions, space layouts, and interiors to support wellbeing. Space efficiency was enhanced, and traditional office floors were transformed into flexible hybrid workspaces that foster collaboration and adapt to future needs.

As a building from the 1980s, Orion reflects its construction era. The renovation respected the original architecture, setting clear boundaries for the design. Guided by the values of timelessness, responsibility, and quality, the renewed headquarters now offers a high-standard working environment for decades ahead.
